Ss are asked to watch a video. Ss take notes of all the key words they can identify to understand what the situations are about.

After that, Ss compare their notes in pairs and discuss about the problems they could identify in the conversations using the words they could copy.  Students share their ideas in plenary and verify if their predictions were correct.
